In order to "compare apples to apples", you must take into account the points and fees that will be charged to close the loan. And it is hardly worth your time to compare rates quoted on mortgage websites for programs that you would not qualify for or that would not fit your needs. Rather than quote you the rates on a few benchmark programs, as most other mortgage companies will do, we will prepare a good faith estimate of the rate, points, and fees for those loan programs that best meet your needs.
